Possible Juvenile with a Gun

Is mere possession of a gun a crime or only for an underage person? I presume this was a long-gun and not a handgun as they typically say handgun. I get that it may freak people out and is worthy of police checking it out.

What is your understanding on how one obtains a gun in SB? I'd like to hear what process(or lack thereof) if necessary.

I totally agree with you and cannot imagine why anyone would downvote your comment. Guns ARE easy to obtain and absolutely no one needs one. Guns suck.

"They don't distinguish btw responsible gun ownership and the Wild, Wild, West," is what my brother-in-law, a black powder gun collector said when I asked him. He's got a beautiful collection of engraved and inlaid stuff and doesn't believe he needs a bazooka--he's already an Alpha male!

Why would 5 people downvote this? Guns ARE easy to obtain, as is clear here, and that is not a good thing, even if you are anti-gun control. Do you people really think it's good that kids easily have access to guns? Why are you upset by this observation?
