RogerA possible arson suspect was seen in Smart and Final a few moments ago. SBPD is on her at Garden and Gutierrez. Possibly related to the structure fire on Santa Barbara Street in a vacant building.

Vagrancy is a threat to everyone’s personal health and safety. This has now been proven every single day. Time to eliminate this activity from our city limits. Enough is enough. Vagrancy destroyed downtown retail, beaches, parks and now residential neighborhoods are under attack too. This activity is clearly a public health and safety menace.
