On Wednesday (November 12) around 2:00 p.m. there was a police foot pursuit in downtown Santa Barbara.
In the 1000 block of Santa Barbara Street I witnessed a dark-haired man in a dark suit being chased by a police officer. He ran across Santa Barbara Street toward the 900 block while a Santa Barbara Police car tried to head him off.
Does anyone have any more information on this?
