Police Pursue Suspect by Foot, Downtown SB

Howdy all. I’m a little late to the comptuer but was taking notes of what I heard on the scanner this evening. A little after 6pm, Santa Barbara Police officers responded to an assault suspect at El Paseo (800 blk Anacapa St). Reporting party said something about the suspect, a male, attempting to touch females in a retail business. 

Sounds like cops chased the suspect to the 700 block of State Street (around the corner and down the street) where he was apprehended. 

This was wrapped up pretty quickly but in case you were downtown and saw the hustle and bustle.
