Police Investigate Thanksgiving Shooting

Santa Barbara Police are investigating a shooting that took place on the eastside Thanksgiving evening, reports KEYT News.

Police responded to the 900 block of Alisos Street after gunshots were reported around 9:30 p.m.

KEYT reports home surveillance video with audio includes the sound of gunshots, a car that looks like a dark-colored Jeep driving away, and a person running down the street.

No injuries have been reported but bullet holes are visible on the front door of a home.

Police Investigate Thanksgiving Shooting

Gunshots are very loud. One can get ringing in the ears after so many gunshots. Wearing ear protection does prevent that from the person who does the shooting and those who are standing near the shooter. I know from my own personal experience. I used to own guns.
