What park did it occur at? It was a probably another homeless individual who assaulted her. I don’t think normal people are out there attending to rape disabled homeless people, let alone on Christmas day. A lot of sex offenders are on the streets because no one wants them living with them.
And this is the reason why that the nonprofit agencies that are suppose to help the homeless individuals like this poor disable woman to get off the streets and into housing are just worthless and no good. I know from my own personal experience when I was homeless. Their response to me was, “We’re sorry, we just can’t help you.” in a very condescending way. For them it is all about the almighty $$$$’s and their lies.
