Santa Barbara Police are surrounding a truck parked in Santa Barbara’s Westside neighborhood.
I noticed one patrol vehicle around 8:00 a.m. today (Weds., Mar. 4) looking into an older model gray truck that was parked on W. Islay Street near Villa Ave.
Around 9:30 a.m. I checked again and all doors of the vehicle were open and three SB Police patrol vehicles were on site with about four officers surrounding the vehicle.
Doesn’t appear that anyone was in the truck when the first officer approached, it was probably parked there overnight.
