A tree sapling of some sort. It will get big; you might want to take it out if its not in a good spot for a tree.
Locust? Black Walnut? I’m not a tree person and am not great at seedling ID, but know its a tree!
Gotta jump in with everyone else with absolutely no idea. Definite no ways….poison ivy- only 3 leaves and doesn’t grow within 1,000s of miles of here, walnut tree-14 leaves and ash-7 leaves….so, only north American tree with 5 leaves per stem, Shagbark Hickory, also not found anywhere near here. Hitch hiker?

The bottom one is a pothos.
Lion’s ear, (wild daggas) and a pothos , (devil’s ivy) You’ve got yourself a grand lion’s ear!
2nd one is pothos. Google it for image.
I believe the one with the orange flowers is tagentis lemoni…Lion’s Tail. The one on the bottom is a philodendron.
Orange one in Leonotis leonurus – Lion’s tail. Look at the San Marcos Growers website.
1) Leonotis leonurus. CA native “Lion’s Tail.” 2) Pothos.———My Lion’s Tail seems to need more water than other native plants. Pothos is laughably easy to grow; super hardy as houseplant.
