People at Gunpoint on Highway 101 Tuesday Morning

I was driving on the 101N at about 10:00AM this morning. Right before I got to the off ramp at Los Carneros traffic slowed quickly. On the Southbound side of the freeway the Highway Patrol had the 101S shut down and were pulling a hispanic male out of a black ford truck at gunpoint. I was wondering if there was anything else out yet about the incident. I looked but so far nothing online. It looked like a pretty intense standoff.
