People walking around without looking any direction but where they are headed or to their phone. Others not observing traffic and weaving through or forcing it to stop to avoid hitting them. People backing up who either don't look or can't see because monster vehicles block them on one or both sides. (That last: Wouldn't it be a good idea to make place low-clearance bars to make some lanes accessible only to sedan-sized vehicles and make wider parking spaces on the ones for SUVs, trucks and vans?
