Patch Adams visits Valle Verde

On February 27, the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort’s Grand Ballroom hosted the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation Little Heros Breakfast. This affectionate name is given to honor the children who have, will, and are experiencing  a battle with cancer. Patch Adams, a medical doctor, clown, and social activist devoted to changing America’s healthcare system was the keynote speaker at this event, but he didn’t stop there. After his wonderful speech, Patch Adams stopped by Valle Verde to bring joy and laughter to everyone he met!
