Water Rescue, Goleta Beach, Goleta. SBC Water Rescue crews on scene with helo assistance from VTA and USCG searching for a reported paddleboarder in distress. Heavy winds and seas making search difficult. C/T 1301. Stay out of ocean in conditions like these. Will update.
