What was the origin of all the explosions in the Goleta Beach area Wednesday night, Oct. 17? They were going off regularly all late afternoon.

Probably all that toxic Montecito mud that they dumped on the beach reaching critical mass.
remember, there is a natural gas storage center, water filtration plant, and airport all right near goleta beach. could have been one of those perhaps.
