Sheriff Helicopter Circling with Siren?

• (Monday at 5:40 pm) I live in the foothills across from county fire. A police helicopter just flew over staying they are looking for a suspect. It also directed us to stay inside.

• (Monday at 6:00 pm)Was just across the street from Santa Barbara County Public Health near 154 and Cathedral Oaks. An SB county Sheriff helicopter circled three times and announced over the loud speaker to go inside and then sounded the sired. After three circles they headed towards Santa Ynez. Any idea what’s up?
