Santa Maria Police Arrested Armed Felon

On 08-30-19 at 1900 hours, Officers from the Santa Maria Police Department Special Enforcement Team (SET) conducted a narcotic investigation which led to an arrest and probation search in the 1000 block of West Morrison Street, Santa Maria. 

During the investigation, SET officers seized 59 grams of Fentanyl, 144 grams of Heroin, 102 grams of Methamphetamine, drugs scales, drug packaging material, $1,215 in cash, a loaded firearm and ammunition. The firearm had been previously reported stolen during a residential burglary.

Christopher Allen Alley, 30 years old, was charged with possession of fentanyl for sale, possession of heroin for sale, possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of stolen property and the $1,215 cash was seized pending asset forfeiture. Alley is a convicted felon and was also charged with felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of ammunition.

Alley also had warrants out for his arrest from Santa Clara County, San Luis Obispo County, Santa Barbara County and Ventura County.

Alley was transported and booked into the SBCO Jail.

  1. What are you the defense lawyer? Who cares about toxicology- the guy was a felon with a loaded gun and bunch of drugs clearly for sale. You think that’s baking soda he’s protecting with a gun? Who’s side are you on anyway?
