What’s happening at this intersection? I can see six police cruisers and cars backed up onto Vista del Mar near Alan Road.

My mother lives on Vista del mar. She stated that they are going door to door asking if everyone is okay in the house because someone called in saying someone was hurt in a home but didn’t leave an address. She also said they are not letting anyone through the barricade to get home if they live on Vista del mar.
I thought they were looking for this guy he was on the Mesa somewhere…
