We came out of Home Improvement and it began to rain large, hard drops.  We turned onto Garden and the wind and rain started increasing. It was hard to manage the Jeep so we pulled to the side of the Garden underpass for protection.  Deciding if we should get on the sidewalk closer to the wall we watched a tree split and fall off right in front of us.  We watched as the wind spun leaves in front of us.  It felt like we were in a wind tunnel.  When the wind subsided we drove off to get away.  The waterfront was flooded with branches and debris.  I will not be surprised if it is classified as a tornado.  Scary, very scary.
