The answer is the Lyon Moving and Storage graphic is on the back of the “Lyon Building” at 27 E. Cota Street facing the public parking structure towards Ortega Street (City Parking Lot 10).

As one edhatter pointed out, the SB Property Group website states, “The Lyon Building was originally constructed in the 1920’s as a moving and storage facility, which the building served as until the late 1990’s. More recently, the building was converted to a multi-tenant building, which includes a mixture of office and educational uses.”
