Let’s Talk about the Elephant in the Garden

Driving home Sunday night at 7 p.m. we saw a gorgeous inflatable elephant that appeared to be about 10 feet tall in The Rose Garden. We didn’t get out of our car so these photos were as we drove by and we wondered if anyone knew what this beautiful (rather than kitschy) white elephant was about!
