Helicopter Over the Riviera

• There was a helicopter hovering over the top of the Riviera right over Las Tunas Road for about 15 minutes this afternoon, around 1:00. It had a cable hanging down to the ground, but I couldn’t see what it was trying to lift. Anyone know anything about this? I did take a photo but the copter looks so small it doesn’t seem useful to post it.
