This week the Santa Barbara Council of the Navy League of the United States is proud to host Commanding Officer, CDR Henry, and select members of his crew to Santa Barbara as they represent USS CALIFORNIA (SSN-781) on their namesake visit to California. On Wednesday they gave presentations to Laguna Blanca high school and junior high school students.
