COVIDSAFE21 Bracelets?

KEYT did a blurb back on March 1st about a couple in Carpinteria that were sending out COVIDSAFE21 bracelets to anyone who had had their vaccines. Has anyone actually received a bracelet? I submitted our info and actually did a donation through PayPal, and never received the bracelets. After multiple emails, still no bracelet, or refund. Curious if anyone else had this happen. Was this a SCAM? Today I received an email from Medicare warning not to share copies of vaccination cards.
