I saw a bunch of people unloading their bikes at East Beach this morning, then at 1:30 several hundred bikes road by on Ortega Street crossing state street. What’s up?

After reading about the road behavior of these cyclists I have come to the conclusion that they are not Rhodes Scholars.
Lighten up Francis – at least they didn’t try to burn down the Capitol and overthrow democracy.
