  1. Citizens in Ventura have the right attitude about vagrant street crime – they are investigating its cumulative drain on local fiscal and manpower resources, and the dual justice system it has created, resulting in unfair advantage granted to vagrants over other tax-paying citizens. Choosing to live on the streets is inherently unsafe and unhealthy, which creates sufficient cause to appoint a court conservator who will make better decisions for these people. Follow what is happening right now in Ventura – they are leading the way for real change.

  2. Vagrants can pitch a tent, litter, urinate and defecate anywhere they want. Property owners are under strict and often punitive zoning regulations. Property owners pay large taxes every year which forms a large part of the city’s revenues. Vagrants can live and vote here, but pay nothing while obtaining very generous social service benefits. Two examples of a dual system of justice due to residential, property owning status and vagrancy status. This list grows quickly when you start thinking the vagrancy privilege card.
