Cabrillo Blvd at the bottom of State St where they’rerouted the bike path is under water( looks like a lake)- last big raIn same thing-incorrect design? Plugged drain? Faulty concrete path install? City of Santa Barbara hasn’t fixed since late rain like 3 weeks ago- said it was just done when they rebuilt Cabrillo Blvd Bridge ( 2 year project) wonder if the complete project had the same designer?

Yeah, it’s all funny until you try to roll through with your inline skates on.
Dam, I hate it when it rains and then everything gets wet. Sometimes it rains so hard the water collects in the street gutters it even spills over the curb and floods the sidewalk. Someone should do something about that!! My little doggie has water half way up his little legs, poor thing.
