I wanted to be sure that people were aware of the recent mountain lion sighting at Parma Park (middle of last week). Signs were posted at the park entrances but someone tore them down in the last day or so. Obviously, it is good for everyone entering the park to have that information, especially with children and animals. This was no bobcat! There was a sighting last year at Parma Park as well. So, since they are territorial, it could possibly be the same one back again.

@anonymous commenter…. snark or not it doesn’t take superior computer skills to highlight “Parma Park” right click on it and select “search for Parma Park”. The resulting page has the location and a map. Couldn’t be simpler.
There are several resident mountain lions at various parks in town. Nothing to be afraid of.
