Motorcycle was splitting lanes, Rider transported to the Hospital. I hope he pulls through.
Lane splitting is so incredibly dangerous, except in stop-and-go traffic where it makes sense. It’s banned in the other 49 states, but here in CA in the wisdom of our legislature anything goes. Most drivers are not expecting a motorcycle to come rushing up on their lane on the left, next to the other car in the middle lane.
