I watched someone on a scooter get on the freeway at State St going north at that time and thought how sketchy they looked.
I don’t know why my comment was downvoted! Anyways, it was sketchy for a couple of reasons, one of which is that the scooter had been in the furthest left hand lane on State St and then randomly they cut in front of me and the car to my right in order to get on the onramp. I’d been behind them for several blocks and they had been driving carefully so it seemed really random. Also, I don’t think I’ve EVER seen a scooter on the freeway. Glad they are okay, hope the bike is fixable too!
