A mother and two children sustained moderate injuries after their truck rolled over and ended in a ditch off Highway 101 and SR-246 in Buellton.

Around 2:30 p.m., Santa Barbara County firefighters, California Highway Patrol, and an AMR ambulance arrived at the highway interchange to find a small pickup truck had landed 30 feet over the roadway in an embankment.

The three occupants inside the vehicle were carried to the roadway by firefighters and then transferred to Marian Medical by a ground ambulance.

California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of this incident.
