Moon and Venus Tango

By Ronald Williams

At sunset on February 25, the crescent moon and Venus began their tango that will last a few days. The pair will move closer again when the waxing moon slides past Venus. To see this dance go out and enjoy a Santa Barbara winter evening about 45 minutes after sunset and look to the southwest. There you’ll be able to see the pair dancing cheek to cheek in their astral tango across the sky.
