The property, located at 2076 China Flat Road within the exclusive Birnam Wood community, has been listed for $11.85 million, according to a Redfin listing. It last sold for $2.97 million in 2014. 

The current sale price is equivalent to $2,917 per sq. ft. 

The dramatic appreciation in its asking price reflects the significant increase in property values in the area over the past decade.  

Spanning 4,062 square feet on a one-acre plot, the single-family estate features three bedrooms and five bathrooms, according to the listing.  

The property was originally built in 1981 and renovated in 1982, and features distinct, graceful touches that prioritize comfort.
