Missing Santa Maria Man

"At risk" is good enough. I think naming the mental or physical problems would be an invasion of their privacy.

Missing Santa Maria Man

I guess people have determined that the way to get a missing person report out there to the public is to consider the missing person as at-risk. Too bad we don't get to know what that means! Are they mentally ill? Are they on drugs? Were they suicidal? Are they dangerous? Does at risk mean that maybe somebody took them against their will?
