US Coast Guard seeking help locating 62yo Richard Pochatko. Sailing from Santa Barbara to San Diego in a 1940’s wooden 25-30 foot white sailboat hull # CF9845BR.
Last heard from at anchor in Dana Point Harbor Aug 5th.
