The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office reports Jeremiah Alexander Starr was located by a sheriff's deputy at the Shandon rest area.

TYPE OF INCIDENT: At-Risk Missing Person

DATE AND TIME OF INCIDENT: 11/10/19 @ 10:25 a.m.

PLACE OF OCCURRENCE: San Luis Obispo County

VICTIM INFORMATION: Missing Person Information: Jeremiah Alexander Starr (25 yrs. of age) WMA, 6'01", 210 lbs., Brn, Brn

SUSPECT INFORMATION: N/A

DETAILS OF NEWS RELEASE: On 11/10/19 @ approx. 10:25 a.m., the San Luis Obispo Sheriff's Office began investigating circumstances regarding a missing person. The missing person was identified as Jeremiah Alexander Starr (25 yr. old male). Starr has lived in Paso Robles and was reported missing on this date by family. Starr reportedly last spoke to family on 11/7/19. He is reported to be driving a recently purchased Ford F-250 that is red in color and has lifted suspension. The license plate is a Arizona license plate of: FB27L3. A Silver Alert has been activated by California Highway Patrol. At this time, Starr is considered an At-Risk Missing person. As noted below many people do try and keep their out of state plates to avoid CA registration but this is illegal. You can report cheaters such as this person may have been to: https://www.chp.ca.gov/notify-chp/cheaters-out-of-state-%28out-of-state-registration-violators%29

Many people from out of state keep their old state registrations current because its easy and auto registration taxes are lower than California's.
