Update by Santa Barbara Police Department

Cancel Alert.  Found Safe and Unharmed.

With the public’s help, Flores was found safe and unharmed at an Eastside retail business, shortly before 11 A.M. this morning. Because the incident was broadcast on social media and Nixle, several members of the public saw Flore’s picture on their phone and reported the sighting to Police. Due to the flood of calls, the SBPD was able to narrow their search to the vicinity of Milpas and Hailey Streets.  Flores, who is developmentally-delayed, was able to be reunited with his family due to the public’s assistance in locating him.
