Missing At-Risk Adult from Santa Maria

The Santa Maria Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an at risk missing adult. He is identified as Albert Reyes Donates. Mr. Donates is 58 years old, approximately 5′-04″, 145 lbs., having gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black shorts and a white and black hat. He walks with the use of a walker. He was described by family members as having a medical condition which places him at risk and he may be disoriented and is diabetic.

Donates was last seen at the Rite Aide store in the Santa Maria Town Center on July 2, 2018 at approximately 1106 hours.
