Really? Patras a sister city? We stayed one night there travelling Greece and found it to be an old gritty port city not worth more than a one night stay quite frankly. Who decides this sister city nonsense?

It is silly stuff for elitists to play at. There is no value in this sort of thing and there is the risks that smug SB people and smug Patras people patronize the real folks and create problems where none exist. Really, what possible things do the populations of these two places have in common other than being near the sea? It is a minor version of the Davalos nonsense. Rich people planning their future.
