This was a female hiker. Copter 3 took her to Co. Fire Station 38 and she declined ambulance transport. To quote SBCo. Fire...case closed.

38 is Mariposa Reina, I had to double check the spelling as I was taken to task for the way I spelled Carp. recently.

Looks like you spelled "Carp." correctly this time! I prefer the copy & paste, that way my misspellings don't happen as much (and yet..). So that 38 is: Address: 17200 Calle Mariposa Reina, Gaviota, CA 93117, looks really lonely out there (except the Gaviota Oil Heating Facility).

That hike is a strenuous one. You need an early start and several liters of water this time of year. She was very fortunate that she did not lose her life.

Bravo First Responders and SAR!

It is a 3 mile hike straight up to get to the top, and arduous. Anyone curious about the view can see it here in one of my mule blogs: http://www.muletrail.com/2020/12/20201226-conquering-gaviota-peak-on.html
