[Last week], Marian Regional Medical Center (MRMC) hosted the annual graduation of residents from the Marian Family Medicine Residency Program and the Marian Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program.
The six Marian Family Medicine Residency Program graduates and three Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency graduates were elated to have completed the program, and celebrated with faculty, staff, and hundreds of attendees at Presqu’ile Winery in Santa Maria.

“The Marian Family Medicine Residency Program is incredibly proud to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduating resident physicians,” announced Dr. David Mahoney, Program Director. “Their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to medicine reflect the values we strive to instill. We are confident they will make significant contributions to family medicine, and we are especially pleased that some will continue to serve the Central Coast community.”

“I am so proud of our graduating OB/GYN residents and their unwavering determination,” said Dr. Stephanie Lin, Director of the Marian Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program. “Their commitment to women’s health, combined with their pursuit of knowledge, will allow them to excel as compassionate and skilled physicians, making a real difference in the lives of their patients. We are incredibly proud that Dr. Chen and Dr. Raghavan will be staying to serve the Central Coast at Marian.”
The Marian Regional Medical Center Residency programs have recruited top physician faculty and skilled health care professionals and are currently recruiting prospective physician residents who all share one commonality: passion and expertise to be the best in their field.
