Including the cities of Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Santa Paula,
Fillmore, Ojai, and Piru. 938 PM PDT Thu Oct 31 2019.
The Ventura County Air Pollution Control District has issued an Air
    Quality Alert due to smoke.
Particulate matter can vary hour by hour and change frequently at
times producing unhealthy air quality in Ventura County.
Exposure to particle pollution can cause serious health problems,
aggravate lung disease, cause asthma attacks and acute bronchitis,
and increase risk of respiratory infections…people with respiratory or heart
disease, older adults, and children should avoid prolonged exposure,
strenuous activities or heavy exertion as conditions dictate.

  2. Kudos to Ventura County’s information system & the fire maps/info delivery! So much more useful than what SB provides. Maybe we could get some tips? Air pretty bad out here in Noleta. Does anyone know if N-95 masks are being made available in our area? Thanks all who are contributing to keep us informed… Not to mention the firefighters, who are probably not reading this thread.
