Day 1 Answer
This row of flags is found at the Santa Barbara Breakwater. The Santa Barbara Yacht Club works in partnership with the city’s Waterfront Department to the stewardship of the flags along the harbor breakwater.
The idea came from the late Paul Chadbourne Mills with the flags representing the diverse spectrum of philanthropic and non-profit organizations within the Santa Barbara community. Learn more about it here.
