ANSWER

This tiny cannon is hanging on the wall in downtown Santa Barbara’s La Arcada Plaza, above a fountain between Mizza and Urban Optical. Underneath the cannon is a plaque that reads, “Ship Cannon: From Spanish Galleon, Dated 1741.”
