ANSWER

The answer for Day 3 March Edness is the remodeled Hotel Californian at 35 State Street. The awning appears to be part of a new restaurant at that location, Finney’s Crafthouse and Kitchen. This new gastropub, which also has a location in Westlake, will offer casual and local cuisine with “30 craft beers on draft, a full bar featuring hand-crafted cocktails, fine California wines, and seven HDTVs for sports viewing.” They also boast their family and pet friendliness and appear to be opening soon as their hiring process began last month.

As one edhatter pointed out, the hotel’s official location is 36 State Street, but the awning is located at 35 State Street. We accepted both answers as it even confused our staff to get the proper address.
