Man Charged with Touching Teen on Ojai Valley Trolley

Narrative:
On 2/26/18, the Ojai Police Department began an investigation of Lewd Acts on a Child. The crime occurred on the Ojai Trolley when the suspect inappropriately touched a 15 year old male juvenile. The investigation revealed the suspect was Charles Novain and he was subsequently arrested on 02/27/18 for PC 288(c)(1)- Lewd Acts on a Child.

Novian is known to frequent the Ojai area including, city parks, bus stops, public buses, and th e Ojai Trolley. If you have any information about Novian, please contact Detective Preciado with the Ojai Police Department.
