A luxury four-bedroom estate in Santa Barbara’s Riviera community has hit the market for $6.38 million, according to a listing on Redfin.
Known as Casa Vista De Amor, the property is located on 210 Las Alturas Road. Spanning 3,441 sq. ft., the estate has been fully redeveloped to add modern touches.
Offering ocean and mountain views, the main residence features four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, with custom cabinets and distinctive architectural finishes.
The chef’s kitchen features a Taj Mahal quartzite island, white oak cabinetry, and ambient lighting.

Spacious balconies and floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors seamlessly open out into the exteriors. A rooftop deck offers panoramic views of Santa Barbara.
Additional outdoor living spaces include a built-in kitchen, audio system, and year-round heating.
The property also includes a two-bedroom, one-bedroom additional unit. This flexible space can be used for additional family members, guests, or rented out.
The estate also includes a two-car garage.
The property sits on 0.36 acres and was redeveloped by Narran Construction and AB Design Studio.

Casa Vista De Amor was listed by Jose Montes and Preyesh Patel of LPT Realty, Inc., according to the listing.
Originally built in 1987, the property was previously renovated in 1988.
According to listing records, the property changed ownership several times between December 2020 and August 2023. It was listed multiple times in 2023 and ultimately sold for $3.44 million that September.
Riviera Community
Located in the east-west ridge of Santa Barbara, the picturesque Riviera community is named for its close resemblance to the Mediterranean coasts of France and Italy.
Situated between the Mission and Sycamore Canyons, the Riviera is home to some of the most sought-after properties. Many of the properties were built in the 1920s and feature an antique Spanish Revival architectural style.
Its high altitude grants it some of the best views of the city, harbor, Santa Ynez mountains, and Channel Islands. The altitude also helps the community’s properties receive more sunlight in June and avoid the morning marine layer.
The Riviera is primarily a residential neighborhood and has a balanced supply and demand of residences, according to Redfin. While some homes get several offers, the average home sells for roughly 3% below its listed price. Listed properties usually go pending in around 37 days.
Santa Barbara’s Luxury Housing Market
Santa Barbara is home to one of the most expensive housing markets in the U.S. and the priciest in California, a new ranking has revealed.
The city is one of the most desirable metros to purchase property, with almost 73% of million-dollar listings in September, according to a news report by Realtor.com.
Earlier this week, a 1.5-acre luxury retreat in Hope Ranch hit the market for $9.69 million. Earlier this month, a 2.45-acre, ocean-view estate in Hope Ranch was listed for $20 million.
