We have received several reports of low flying helicopters over Carpinteria and Montecito- they are contract surveyors for Southern California Edison.

There has been a helicopter flying really low over Carpinteria all morning, what’s up?
Helicopter over Via Real in Carpinteria. I don’t think it’s a Sheriff or rescue copter, so maybe some work is being done.

DOOP… up or down voting was always supposed to be the province of paid subscribers but somehow it was never implemented leading to gangs of (politically) like minded readers voting in concert and disrupting the community just for the sake of being disruptive.
We received notices via email and mail from SCE that they were doing line inspections via helicopter and drone. So either the OP doesnt have a SCE account and doesnt pay for their own electricity, or they dont read their mail.
