There were two loud booms on the Westside around 11:20 PM, near Gillespie & Ecalyptus streets. Anyone know what caused them?

Heard it. Think it did have to do with the Lunar New Year date as well.

I heard the two loud booms and went outside with my barking dog. Heard two smaller booms and a lot of car alarms going off. It was fireworks. Then there was a green and white "Blacked Out" moto cross bike with full face helmet flying across Eucalyptus towards modoc and then sliding out towards mission

I don’t think people that celebrate and lunar new year light off large caliber fireworks to celebrate it. They would more be in a spirit circle chanting

Probably Gung hay fat choy, but it was at 11:30 so the pyro is clockically challenged. Did not hear the motorcycle afterward.
