Loose Horse on Cliff Dr?

Did anyone see a loose horse running west on Cliff Dr. Friday afternoon?

We were sitting outside at Rose Cafe on the Mesa about 2 pm and saw a loose horse run by on the south side of Cliff, running towards Hendry’s Beach. There was tons of traffic, he was at a full gallop and he looked very frightened. If anyone knows about him, please let us know if he is ok!
