Santa Barbara County District Attorney John T. Savrnoch announced that 36-year-old Myichael Kheal Jahmyi Tyre Lennon of Lompoc was sentenced to nine years and four months in State Prison by the Honorable Judge Stephen Dunkle after being found guilty by a jury of five felony counts of theft.
Between March 15, 2025, and May 17, 2025, Lennon entered Marshalls and Walmart stores in Lompoc on five separate occasions. Each time, he stole multiple items of merchandise and left the store without paying, often exiting through a fire escape with the stolen goods.
On August 18, 2025, a Santa Barbara County jury convicted Lennon of four counts of petty theft with prior convictions and one count of second-degree commercial burglary. The jury also found true that Lennon had previously been convicted of two prior strike offenses.
District Attorney John Savrnoch stated, “This office is committed to stopping serial thieves who continue to victimize our local businesses in Santa Barbara County. This verdict ensures that the defendant and anyone else who thinks they can steal without consequences will be held accountable for their actions.”

Nine years for retail theft from discount stores? A nonviolent crime?!? Absolutely absurd. Men don’t get that many years for domestic violence. Chill out DA and focus on the christian pastors that are viewing child abuse material
Yeah, this is a harsh sentence for nonviolent theft. This is why our prisons are so overcrowded and violent criminals are being released to strike again. Only thing I can think of is the 2 prior “strike offenses” were for violent crimes.
It is frustrating though when child predators get less prison/jail time than nonviolent criminals.
Not just less, but how about NONE! Ghislaine is living the good life right now cuz she agreed to lie for you know who. She’s gonna get out and she knows it. In her case yep, less.
Here’s a detailed article about just how good her life is now:

Quite possible.
Here’s a free link to a currently updating article:
Epstein Files Live Updates: Trump Named in Emails Released by Democrats and Republicans
https://www.nytimes.com/live/2025/11/12/us/epstein-files-trump?unlocked_article_code=1.008.8gRS.m6iays1Zv-9T&smid=url-share
“In a series of emails with friends and associates — surfacing first in a few messages selected by House Democrats and then in full by Republicans on the House Oversight Committee — Mr. Epstein described Mr. Trump as a “dirty” businessman who was “borderline insane,” untrustworthy and worse in “real life and upclose” than the image he sought to portray to the public.”
LOL. Bastards, all of them.
Hmmm… need to wait on this one. They nytimes is owned by who? I forgot, remind me. And this quotation seems to be trying to pit the two at odds, implying they’re enemies. Well, maybe that happened later in their relationship, but certainly not during their honeymoon. Don’t be gaslighted!! They both did horrible things and some people (the cross-eyed-dude) know for sure and will take the millions and lifetime of financial security to “make it go away.”
“House Republicans are seeking to protect Mr. Trump while trying to assuage those in the party who view the Epstein case as an issue that transcends loyalty to the president.
Mr. Trump urged Republicans to reject any effort to revive a discussion of his relationship with Mr. Epstein, blaming Democrats for the release of the documents in a post on social media and writing that they were “trying to bring up the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax again because they’ll do anything at all to deflect on how badly they’ve done on the Shutdown.”
Pressure campaign ramps up: Top administration officials summoned Representative Lauren Boebert of Colorado for a meeting in the White House Situation Room, escalating their pressure campaign against Republican lawmakers who have demanded a full release of files related to Mr. Epstein. Mr. Trump also reached out to Representative Nancy Mace of South Carolina, one of three Republican women in the House who signed a petition that calls for a vote demanding that the Justice Department within 30 days release all of its investigative files on Mr. Epstein, but she refused his pleas on the petition.”
I’d just like to point out that the phrase “loyalty to the president” would never be mentioned if a D president was suspected of even a tenth of what Trump has done, both confirmed and allegedly.
Only Republicans have a problem “transcending” loyalty to a con man.
This whole Trump/Epsteikn thing is (as Hilary famously said) “a nothing burger”.
You think sex trafficking children is a “nothing burger?” What TF is wrong with you?
ALEX – dude is another patientless doctor. Probably a good idea to review your medical team these days. I’ll be damned if I’m paying someone a penny who thinks like this.
What’s the deal with these “Doctors” who have no empathy for suffering? Most of these guys will be replaced by AI soon, anyway, thank God, AI has more empathy than they do.
That’s why they don’t have patients. Anesthesiologists and radiologists don’t have to deal with human suffering on a personal or face to face level. It takes a decent human being to deal with patients.
BRIAN MACK – ever been to Vegas? Anyway, why do you support the protection and defense of child ra****s? Can you answer that?
Trump is in fact a major player in the Epstein case, as proven by emails and countless victims’ sworn testimony. Further, ask yourself – why would someone who isn’t involved be fighting so damn hard to stop the release of the files that could bring justice to those poor women who were repeatedly raped?
Why are you OK with them walking free? I hope I’m wrong, but is this one more “doctor” in SB who is OK with child ra****s as long as they’re billionaires? Crap, I’d sure like to know!
Classy and predictable. 😉
BRIAN MACK – Nothing classy about supporting the protection of child r*****s. Care to answer the question or are you here just to troll?
BRIAN – A) you’re not “arguing,” you’re deflecting and running away, just like Doc BASIC. B) I’m neither bitter nor old. I simply think it’s abhorrent when supposedly “educated” people act like childish infants and resort to name calling instead of logic when countered about their support for a criminal racist, fraud and rapist who is trying with all his might to prevent justice for the countless victims of pedophile child traffickers.
My life is f***ing amazing. The relatively little time I spend here calling out bigots and liars is actually fun for me. I enjoy it, among everything else I do for our community.
And yeah, I am anonymous, because I’m not stupid enough to use my real name and publicly support the protection of child r*****s.
You do you though.
Well there is no point in arguing with a bitter old man who hides here behind an anonymous handle.
Enjoy your miserable life
Wow, so you really are Dr. Brian Mack. Hey man, sorry you were shot. That must have been awful. Still though, that doesn’t mean I’m going to let you off the hook when you say things like the Trump being in the Epstein files are a “nothing burger.” He obviously is. Why else would he be fighting so hard to deflect attention and straight up deny their release? Why did Maxwell (a convicted child rapist) get special treatment after speaking to Trump’s personal attorney and, despite being a known liar and perjurer, saying how much she admired Trump? Why are all these emails, photos, birthday cards, etc coming out showing Trump and Epstein were besties?
What universe do you live in where cold hard facts exist yet are still somehow a “nothing burger” when it comes to a known rapist president who bragged about being in teen girls’ dressing rooms having some knowledge of (and likely participation in) the trafficking and raping of children?
How TF is that a “nothing burger?”
What’s with the non-patient having “doctors” here also being full of hate for others while so full of love for people who protect child rapists? Probably better suited for those types of jobs.
Make no mistake, I’m not your “brother.”
I don ‘t know brother. You ever been shot?
I don’t support Epstein or the “billionaires”. My comment was that ya’ll are trying so hard to tie Trump to this….its likely not there. This is gonna be bad on all sides of the aisle.
Have a good day
BRIAN – just curious. Was it that touchy for you that you lost all ability to address your support for protecting child rapist billionaires?
Why do you support this evil stuff?
I was referring to your “Vegas” comment….
Not classy, but Magat predictable.
Myichael Kheal Jahmyi Tyre Lennon:
– March 2024 = Carjacking
– December 2018 = Assault w/Deadly Weapon Or Assault w/Force Likely To Produce GBI
– Other “run-ins” w/LE (reckless driving, driving w/o license, providing false information….)
Well, the sentence still seems quite harsh. After 9 years do you think he’ll be a more upstanding model citizen? I think not. The DA will charge every possible thing they can think of in an effort to scare someone into pleading guilty for something lesser. I think like 90% of cases never go to trial because most people can’t afford a lawyer and the court appointed one steers them to plead. Just as a simple example – I had a married couple renting next to me and they were having troubles. The woman was totally mentally unstable and while they had an argument one night and the cops came. She made statements that were probably definitely a lie and the dude had a ton of charges including false imprisonment. He was fu**ed just cuz she said so. She knew how the system works and used it. Just saying that if you can’t afford a really good lawyer you’re going to get screwed. If you can afford one then you have a really, really good chance at a good outcome. This sentence doesn’t seem to be in line with restorative justice. This dude is going to be so much worse after this time and will certainly end up back in there shortly after release for stealing a hamburger.
preliminari: I don’t know if Mr. Lennon will be a “model citizen” after spending time behind bars, but my guess is that prison will not make him a better and/or more-productive person. What his time in prison will do for sure is to stop him for a period of time from inflicting his brand of crime (assaults, car jackings, reckless driving, etc.) on the general public. As a side not, it will be interesting to see how the City of New York handles crime/sentencing/incarceration after Mayor-elect Mamdani takes control. His plan to reduce the number of police officers and increasing the number of community outreach/intervention personnel will work. Let’s hope NYC shines as a model of modern crime reduction.
What’s wrong with you man. Do you live in NY? Does anything that happens in NY affect you? Even if it did you’d need to report your concerns in the NY edition of Edhat. You’re such a MAGA squish it’s just hard to read your barf, oh I mean your puke, oh wait I meant to say your brilliant commentary. Nope I didn’t mean that either. Somebody needs to take your keyboard away.
It does not matter where you live, whether it be New York, Cali, Ohio, Vermont, of Mississippi…sentencing and incarceration is a rotten game. It’s a sick game indeed where the “players” who have the money/family connections/resources come out better than those who do not. If you know someone who has been arrested, convicted, and jailed, make sure that you support them in any way you can. A bit of help can go a long way when the odds are completely stacked against you.
We definitely need harsher penalties for career criminals like this goon.
