Lompoc Couple Charged for Defrauding Investors in House Flipping Scheme

Santa Barbara County District Attorney Joyce E. Dudley announced today that a felony complaint has been filed against Anthony Allen Robinson, 44, and Heather June Robinson, 46, both of Lompoc. It is
alleged that the couple defrauded investors as part of a house “flipping” scheme.

The Robinsons are charged with 23 felony counts including conspiracy to commit contracting without a license, conspiracy to commit grand theft, diversion of construction funds, procuring a false instrument, securities fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. The complaint includes an allegation that the Robinsons took in excess of $500,000.00.

The Robinsons were arrested yesterday and are both being held on $300,000 bail. They will be arraigned on the complaint on Monday July 2, 2018.
